A local private company having a share capital shall deliver its annual return to the Registrar of Companies for registration within 42 days after the anniversary of the date of the company’s incorporation.
A private company that is a re-domiciled company shall deliver its annual return to the Registrar of Companies within 42 days after the anniversary of the date of the company’s re-domiciliation.
A registered non-Hong Kong company shall deliver its annual return to the Registrar of Companies for registration within 42 days after the anniversary of the date of registration under the Companies Ordinance.
