2025 Customer Service Survey
In our continuous effort to enhance service quality, the Companies Registry is conducting a Customer Service Survey to collect opinions from customers.
This year, we have designed a more comprehensive survey form to gain a deeper understanding of customers’ experience and needs, thereby helping us enhance our services. This survey is being conducted with the assistance of an independent research agent, Tiptop Consultants Limited.
We highly value your opinion and cordially invite you to complete the online survey form on or before 21 November 2025by clicking the link below.
All information collected in this survey will be kept strictly confidential and will be destroyed upon completion of the survey project. A summary of the results of the survey will be announced on the Registry's website ( www.cr.gov.hk ) and displayed at the Registry's public service hall on the 14th floor and the e-Services Centre on the 13th floor of the Queensway Government Offices, and the public service hall of the Registry for Trust and Company Service Providers on 12th floor of One Kowloon, Kowloon Bay.
We look forward to receiving your valuable opinion.
