Shortcut If you browse on Companies Registry (CR) Homepage on a desktop computer, a modern web browser will allow you to hold down the Ctrl key (Command key on a Macintosh) and press the + or - key to increase or decrease the text size, and 0 to go back to the default size.

In January 2025, E CASH LIMITED (BRN: 67644176) (“the Company”) was prosecuted by the Companies Registry and convicted at the Shatin Magistrates’ Courts under section 349(1) of the Companies Ordinance, Cap. 622, for failing to deliver to the Registrar of Companies for registration a notice of mortgagee entering into possession of property of a company, within 7 days after the date of entering into possession. A fine of $8,690 was imposed by the Court.
