Shortcut If you browse on Companies Registry (CR) Homepage on a desktop computer, a modern web browser will allow you to hold down the Ctrl key (Command key on a Macintosh) and press the + or - key to increase or decrease the text size, and 0 to go back to the default size.
On a smartphone or a tablet, you can simply pinch open on the screen to zoom in (i.e. to enlarge) and pinch close to zoom out (i.e. to reduce) everything.

In January 2025, FANCY CLASS LIMITED (BRN: 68212136) (“the Company”), being a registered non-Hong Kong company, was prosecuted by the Companies Registry and convicted of 2 counts of charges at the Shatin Magistrates’ Courts under section 788(1) of the Companies Ordinance, Cap. 622, for failing to deliver to the Registrar of Companies for registration the annual returns of the Company for the years 2023 and 2024. A total fine of $30,940 was imposed by the Court.
