Shortcut If you browse on Companies Registry (CR) Homepage on a desktop computer, a modern web browser will allow you to hold down the Ctrl key (Command key on a Macintosh) and press the + or - key to increase or decrease the text size, and 0 to go back to the default size.

In November 2024, SSFY GLOBAL MEDIA ENTERTAINMENT CULTURE CO LIMITED (BRN: 76230869) (“the Company”) was prosecuted by the Companies Registry and convicted at the Eastern Magistrates’ Courts under section 74(1) of the Companies Ordinance, Cap. 622 for failing to deliver to the Registrar of Companies for registration the specified form reporting the consent of its director to act as a first director of the Company, within the specified period of 15 days after the date of incorporation of the Company. A fine of $9,710 was imposed by the Court.
