Prosecution Case Details

In November 2014, iMinds Interactive Limited (CR No. : 1201449) ("the Company") was prosecuted by the Companies Registry and convicted at the Eastern Magistrates’ Courts under section 92(3) of the predecessor Companies Ordinance (i.e. the Companies Ordinance, Cap.32, as in force before the commencement of the Companies Ordinance, Cap. 622) for failing to notify the Registrar of Companies of the change of address of its registered office in Hong Kong within the prescribed period of 14 days. The Company was convicted and fined $20,940.

The Company was also convicted and fined $21,340 on 26 November 2014 under section 158(4) of the predecessor Companies Ordinance for failing to notify the Registrar of Companies of the change of address of its director within the prescribed period of 14 days.
