“Lai See Envelope Peacock Hanging Ornament” making class

A “Lai See Envelope Peacock Hanging Ornament” making class was organised by the volunteer team at the Conference Room on the 15th Floor of Queensway Government Offices on 16 January 2026.  Volunteers made ornaments with their own hands and their works will be distributed to the elderly in a visit during the Chinese New Year, conveying warmth and care.
