The Office of The Ombudsman introduced the Ombudsman's Awards for Officers of Public Organisations in 1999 to honour individual public officers for their efforts in contributing to a fair, open, accountable and efficient public administration.
Ms LI On-ki, Bertha, Companies Registration Officer I (Customer Services) has been selected to receive the Ombudsman's Awards 2019 for Officers of Public Organisations in recognition of her outstanding performance in providing quality customer services and handling complaints. The Award Presentation Ceremony was held on 8 November 2019.
