Since its first implementation in March 2014, the new Companies Ordinance has entered its third year of operation. The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, supported by the Law Society and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, organised a seminar entitled "The Companies Ordinance Turns Two" on 2 March 2016 to bring together industry experts to highlight and discuss issues that were of interest to chartered secretaries, accountants and lawyers. The Companies Registry sponsored the seminar and the Registrar of Companies, Ms Ada Chung, gave presentation as the keynote speaker at the seminar.
