  2. If you want to make a complaint in respect of breaches of the Companies Ordinance, please complete our Complaint Form - Reporting Breaches of the Companies Ordinance and send it to us by the following means -

    All complaints will be dealt with expeditiously and replies will be given within 10 calendar days after receipt of complaints. For complicated cases which require detailed investigation, an interim reply will be given.
