Complaints on breaches of the Companies Ordinance If you want to make a complaint for breaches of the Companies Ordinance which do not involve complaints about the way in which a particular case has been handled, please complete our Complaint Form for Breaches of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 32) and sent it to us by the following means -
All complaints will be dealt with expeditiously and replies will be given within 10 days after receipt of complaints. For complicated cases which require detailed investigation, an interim reply will be given. |
