How to Change Text Size

Now with this responsive web design, you can easily change the text size to fit your eyesight needs.

Shortcut
If you browse on Companies Registry (CR) Homepage on a desktop computer, a modern web browser will allow you to hold down the Ctrl key (Command key on a Macintosh) and press the + or - key to increase or decrease the text size, and 0 to go back to the default size.

On a smartphone or a tablet, you can simply pinch open on the screen to zoom in (i.e. to enlarge) and pinch close to zoom out (i.e. to reduce) everything.

You may also change the text size from the menu. Choose from the following web browsers for specific instructions:

On the Page menu, select Zoom, then Larger.

On the View menu, select Zoom, then Zoom In.
Or you may click on the Menu icon and select + or - to make the text size bigger or smaller.

Internet Explorer / Edge
On the View menu, select Text Size, then Largest.
Or you may click on the IE Settings icon, select Zoom, then choose a percentage or click Zoom In.

On the View menu, select Zoom. Then choose a percentage.

  2. The registration of your company is a significant milestone for you, your fellow directors and your employees. Why not celebrate it with a Commemorative Record of Registration ("Commemorative Record") issued by the Companies Registry?

    Any director of a live local company may apply for a Commemorative Record in respect of the company at a fee of HK$345 for display purposes.  A Commemorative Record is NOT a replacement of the certificate of incorporation issued under the Companies Ordinance.

    Four designs, with options for companies to insert photographs of their own choice in Design C or Design D, are available for selection:

    To order a Commemorative Record, please print the application form, fill in the particulars and submit it together with the required fee at the Public Search e-Services Centre of the Companies Registry on the 13th floor of Queensway Government Offices, 66 Queensway, Hong Kong. You can also send the application form together with a cheque by post to the Companies Registry, 14th floor, Queensway Government Offices, 66 Queensway, Hong Kong.

    A Commemorative Record will normally be issued in 3 working days after acceptance of the application. Where application fee is paid by cheque, the Commemorative Record will be issued after clearance of cheque in about 5 working days.
