Third Party Software Interface Testing Environment

Electronic Submission of Specified forms through TPSI

A Third Party Software Interface ("TPSI") testing environment is provided to enable software developers / suppliers to test and verify the compatibility of their software with the TPSI service.  TPSI supports electronic submission of the following forms:

NN3	Annual Return of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company
NNC1	Incorporation Form (Company Limited by Shares)
NNC1G	Incorporation Form (Company Not Limited by Shares)
NNC2	Notice of Change of Company Name
NR1	Notice of Change of Address of Registered Office
NSC1	Return of Allotment

The TPSI Testing Environment is available on

-  Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (except Public Holidays).

Users who wish to access the TPSI Testing Environment to conduct testing of their software with TPSI service are required to register a TPSI testing account at the e-Services Portal [Filing > TPSI > TPSI Client Registration > TPSI Test Account Registration].  After successful registration, users will receive a confirmation email containing the URL of the TPSI Testing Environment and the login ID and password of the user account.

Please note that the TPSI Testing Environment will only perform basic syntax check on data submitted by software programme. Users are advised not to provide production data when performing tests in the TPSI Testing Environment.
