Implementation of Five-day Week in the Companies Registry
Starting from 1 January 2007, public services of the Companies Registry (CR) operate on a five-day week and the opening hours of all front-line/counter services have been extended on weekdays.
Opening hours with effect from 1 January 2007 -

Non-counter services — 8:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. (with a one-hour lunch break from 12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.) from Monday to Friday.

Note: Official receipts (for documents requiring fees) or acknowledgement slips (for documents not requiring fees) will be sent to presentors / companies by post.
