  1. The Registrar of Companies issued the Companies Registry External Circular No. 6/2022 on 16 September 2022, announcing the revised approach for rectification of information on the Companies Register under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) upon implementation of Phase 2 of the New Inspection Regime.

    A new administrative form,  Form AD – Rectification of Typographical or Clerical Error in Registered Document, as mentioned in the aforesaid External Circular can be used starting from 24 October 2022, the commencement date of Phase 2 of the New Inspection Regime.
