How to Change Text Size

Now with this responsive web design, you can easily change the text size to fit your eyesight needs.

Shortcut
If you browse on Companies Registry (CR) Homepage on a desktop computer, a modern web browser will allow you to hold down the Ctrl key (Command key on a Macintosh) and press the + or - key to increase or decrease the text size, and 0 to go back to the default size.

On a smartphone or a tablet, you can simply pinch open on the screen to zoom in (i.e. to enlarge) and pinch close to zoom out (i.e. to reduce) everything.

You may also change the text size from the menu. Choose from the following web browsers for specific instructions:

On the Page menu, select Zoom, then Larger.

On the View menu, select Zoom, then Zoom In.
Or you may click on the Menu icon and select + or - to make the text size bigger or smaller.

On the View menu, select Text Size, then Largest.
Or you may click on the IE Settings icon, select Zoom, then choose a percentage or click Zoom In.

On the View menu, select Zoom. Then choose a percentage.

In January 2019, HAIHUA SHIPPING SERVICE CO., LIMITED (CR No. 2768627), Hong Kong Decheng International Trade Co., Limited (CR No. 2760704), Hongfakong Co., Limited (CR No. 2768628), Hongkong Zhongjian International Real Estate Development Group Co., Limited (CR No. 2768928), IPOLY TRADING CO., LIMITED (CR No. 2768626) and KASEN INDUSTRY TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED (CR No. 2768890) were prosecuted by the Companies Registry and each of them was convicted of 5 counts of charges at the Eastern Magistrates’ Courts (i) under sections 628(1), 641(3), 648(3) and 653M(1) of the Companies Ordinance, Cap. 622, for failing to keep the register of members, the register of directors, the register of company secretaries and the significant controllers register at its registered office and (ii) under section 3(1) of the Companies (Disclosure of Company Name and Liability Status) Regulation, Cap. 622B, for failing to display continuously the company name in legible characters at its registered office. Each of the companies was fined $10,000.
