The Companies Registry shall not have any legal liability or responsibility for any delay, or any indirect consequences or damages (including but not confined to monetary loss, business hindrance, software problems or data loss, etc.) resulting from the use of or a failure to use the electronic news subscription service.

Your registered email address will be used solely for communication and liaison with the Companies Registry. The Companies Registry will keep your registered email address in the strictest confidence.


3. Termination of Service


To maintain smooth functioning of the service and data integrity, the Companies Registry reserves the right to remove from the mailing list, without the prior consent of users, any registered email addresses which are suspected to be causing problems to the system.
