Shortcut If you browse on Companies Registry (CR) Homepage on a desktop computer, a modern web browser will allow you to hold down the Ctrl key (Command key on a Macintosh) and press the + or - key to increase or decrease the text size, and 0 to go back to the default size.

In April 2016, NICE CHEER INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISES LIMITED (CR No. : 594661) was prosecuted by the Companies Registry and convicted at the Eastern Magistrates’ Courts for failing to either register a person as a member of the Company in respect of the shares transmitted to her by operation of law or send her notice of refusal of registration, within the prescribed time of 2 months after receiving notification by her of her wish to be so registered, in contravention of section 158(2) of the Companies Ordinance, Cap.622. A fine of $25,000 was imposed by the Court.
